SHIPPING & PAYMENT PROCESS

When an order is placed & payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow for up to 5 business days for payment processing. Once payment for the order is approved your order will then begin the fulfillment process which takes 2-3 business days. After your order has gone through the fulfillment process it will be shipped out and delivered within the chosen shipping method. During the entire process you will receive emails and/or texts with updates which will be an order confirmation, payment approval, order in fulfillment, & a shipping email which will have a tracking link attached. 

We ship all of our orders through USPS/FEDEX using two main shipping processes explained below:

Standard Shipping:Up to 5 business day payment processing, 3 business day order fullfilment, and 3-8 Business Days for shipping excluding holidays and/or weekends

Express Shipping: Up to 5 business day payment processing, 2 business day order fullfilment, and 1-5 Business Days for shipping excluding holidays and/or weekends

IMPORTANT: Due to the new GLOBAL SHIPPING Adjustments and COVID-19 please expect a possible shipping delay which could take between 7-15 business days not including holidays and/or weekends. We will do our best to get your order to you within a timely manner however, please be patient with both us and the shipping carriers as we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
